The day saw a substantial total of 433 sales transactions, collectively amounting to AED1.7 billion. These sales were complemented by a notable number of mortgage agreements, tallying up to 90 deals and summing to AED270.28 million. Additionally, 37 gift transactions were recorded, contributing AED69.36 million to the market’s flourishing momentum.
Delving into the specifics of these transactions, the sales category encompassed a diverse range of properties. Among these were 405 villas and apartments, representing a combined value of AED954.83 million. Alongside these residential offerings, the market also witnessed the sale of 28 land plots, amounting to a substantial AED744.62 million. This vivid mix of property types reflects the vibrant nature of Dubai’s real estate sector, catering to a wide spectrum of preferences and needs.
The mortgage segment of the market exhibited its own dynamic activity. In this realm, a noteworthy 76 villas and apartments were part of mortgage transactions, contributing AED238.05 million. Complementing this were 14 land plots, adding an additional AED32.23 million to the day’s mortgage dealings. Collectively, the mortgage sector played a significant role in bolstering the day’s overall realty transactions, which crossed the impressive milestone of AED2 billion.
