PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email and WhatsApp message within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer can cancel their order within 48 hours; canceled orders less than 48 hours are subjected to a 20% penalty charge, refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
REFUND POLICY
Customer can refund their order amount within 15 days if they did not use the service, no refund will be made if the customer partially used the service.
